All of the media outlets covered the news of explosions in Amman through their regular broadcasts and breaking news. All of the international and Arab communities denounced the violent act and sent their messages of condolences. The UN secretary-general asked the security council and relevant bodies to put in place measures to eliminate terrorism; the Arab states denounced targeting civilians and described it as a dangerous issue; the French foreign minister, despite the riots in France, expressed his sorrow for the event, and so did the European Union. The entire world was apologetic after the explosions. But when the announcer finished reading the news, he moved on to other news to other items that he read coldly: "Fourty civilians died in an explosion in a restaurant in Baghdad." He then continued on with other news. Perhaps this is the policy of the satellite channels, the policy of the neighbouring states or the policy of our governments and people. I leave the answer to the people whose blood was shed for free, whose deaths did not provoke a reaction from anyone.
