EU Warns Serbia Over Hague Cooperation

Serbia is in the process of concluding a Stabilisation and Association Agreement with the EU, seen as a step towards eventual membership.



Pressure is particularly intense to arrest Ratko Mladic, the Serb general charged with genocide in Bosnia. A flurry of speculation in February that Mladic had been arrested after more than a decade on the run came to nothing.
