Editorial: Continuation of Bloodshed

No one can explain why the bloodshed continues in the parks and streets of Baghdad and why the Iraqis face death daily. The (violence) harms as many citizens as possible, none of whom were excluded from the tragedies of the past half century. Every family has a (connection) to victims in this difficult time. Now, only weeks separate us from the formation of the new government. The people hope that the security and economic needs are clear to the politicians. They should put an end to the people's suffering by choosing the right person for the right position (in the new cabinet.) By doing so, the government will set a solid cornerstone (for strong leadership) and have a good chance of success.
