Decapitated bodies recovered in Helmand

Erada is an independent daily run by the Afghan Media and Resource Centre.

Security forces recovered two beheaded bodies in the Grishk district of the southern province of Helmand on May 16, local officials said. The bodies were identified as those of two residents of the capital Kabul who were abducted by unidentified men some days ago. A provincial security official said that the victims were killed in the Zanbili area of the district. Government forces have not been able to shift the bodies so far due to security problems, the source added.
