Confiscations Planned Under Security Plan

Al-Sabah is a daily independent publicly owned newspaper.

Property including cars and houses used to target security forces is to be confiscated and residents arrested, under the new anti-terror plan. Prime minister Nouri al-Maliki asked security forces not only to fight the outlaws, but also to destroy them to ensure the plan is a success.
