Chalabi Urges Increasing Electricity Production

Al-Taakhi is issued daily by the Kurdistan Democratic Party.

Deputy prime minister Ahmed Chalabi, who chairs the energy committee, emphasized in a meeting of the electricity committee that more funds, fuel and spare parts need to be provided to increase electricity production. Chalabi said, "It is important that we get the stations that are not working up and running and rely on local and international experts when needed."
