Bayan: Ready to Hold Dialogue with Syria

Al-Adala is issued daily by the Supreme Council of the Islamic Revolution in Iraq.

Interior minister Bayan Jabur al-Zubaidi said his ministry improved security and could eliminate many terrorists groups in Baghdad and other provinces. He said the strong security apparatus is dependent on modern technology that discovers crimes through satellites. He said he was quite sure that his ministry had nothing to do with the Jadiriya jail (scandal) and called for an investigation (into the torture of prisoners there.) He showed readiness to talk with Syria once it makes an effort to control its borders with Iraq.
