Baghdad is a daily newspaper issued by the Iraqi National Accord.

Iraqi National Accord leader Iyad Allawi (commented on) new information about his assassination attempt in Najaf. He said the attackers were neither Iraqis nor Arabs and that they were not from Najaf. He spoke after receiving tribal leaders and notables from Basra, Nasiriyya and Ammara They do not respect the values of Islam, he added. They will go to the garbage of history and Iraq will remain strong and united.
