Anbar Tribes Sweep Terrorists

Al-Mada is issued daily by Al-Mada institution for Media, Culture, and Arts.

As a result of cooperation between al-Anbar tribes and the interior minister, the tribes announced that 18 terrorists were killed and five arrested in Anbar province. Interior minister (Baqir Jabbur) welcomed the mayor of Anbar, Mamoon Sami Rasheed, and said he would give full support to the province and the tribes. He assigned special seats in the police academy for Anbar graduates. The two discussed ways to help the province return to normalcy by reorganising the security offices to achieve security and stability.
