Instructions to Offerors
The Consultant or consultancy firm will provide the following services:
Activity 1. Consultation and participatory digital security assessments. (5 Days)
- Conduct digital security audits with all 4 CSO’s to assess their individual and organizational needs around digital safety.
NB: The audits will follow a methodology of online interviews, staff surveys, and desk reviews of organizational plans and practices, etc.
Expected outputs:
- Following each audit, produce reports outlining key issues and risks and recommendations (one report for each partner).
- Based on audit findings, work with CSOs to develop and give them access to templates for risk management plans and digital security policies and procedures.
Activity 2. Tailored security support, training and mentoring for CSOs. (13 Days)
Following audits the contractor will:
- Develop and deliver online training and mentoring to partners as needed based on the assessment recommendations and outcome.
- Develop (or revise where they exist) organizational procedures for digital security protocol.
Expected outputs:
- Following the audits/assessments and mentoring, develop and produce tailored digital security tools and processes (one set per organization) to adapt to their relevant needs and organizational structure and ensure that these are finalized with the separate organizations before the end of the contract.
- Mentoring plan per organization and quarterly reporting including mentoring material and MEL requirements.
Requirements for the selection of consultants:
- IWPR prior approval and vetting of consultants is required
- Arabic and English are both required

Therefore, IWPR invites your firm to participate in this competitive solicitation for pricing, delivery, and terms of potential sale on the following services for IWPR’s office in IRAQ. IWPR is an independent, non-governmental organization which gives voice to people at the frontlines of conflict and transition to help them drive change.
