Burcu Günaydın started her journalism career as a reporter for Evrensel newspaper, later working for the Diyarbakır and Istanbul bureaus of Dicle News Agency before moving on to the Özgür Gündem newspaper. Since 2018, she has been working as a freelance journalist in Hatay.
