در منطقه دربند در شمال تهران، قهوهخانهای سنتی در میان دهها اغذیهفروشی دیگر قرار دارد که کوهپیمایان را به خود جلب میکند؛ این محل با مدیریت یک زن اداره میشود.
نام این قهوهخانه حالا "آبشاری" است، اما کوهنوردان کهنهکار ترجیح میدهند آن را به نام قدیمیاش، "قهوهخانه عبدالله ریش" بخوانند.
صاحب اصلی قهوهخانه، عبدالله آبشاری معروف به عبدالله ریش بوده که این محل را پنجاه سال پیش تاسیس کرد.
پس از فوت او، مرضیه دخترش برای حفظ میراث پدری اداره قهوهخانه را بر عهده گرفت.
مرضیه ۴۵ ساله است و پنج خواهر و یک برادر دارد که همگی از بچگی در قهوهخانه کار میکردند. پیش از انقلاب، قهوهخانه عبدالله ریش پذیرای بسیاری از کشتی گیران ، فوتبالیستها و خوانندگان بود و مرضیه خاطرات زیادی از آن دوران دارد.
مرضیه میگوید پیش از انقلاب قهوهخانه آنها تنها قهوهخانه دربند بود: "کاسبی عالی بود و پدرم کیسه کیسه پول به خانه میآورد ولی آخر هفتهها همه را در قمار به باد میداد. او یک گردن کلفت کله شق و عاشق قمار بود."
دربند، قبلا از مناطق ییلاقی شمال تهران بود. اما با رشد جمعیت در پایتخت ایران حالا دیگر سالهاست این منطقه که از مسیرهای اصلی صعود کوهنوردان به البرز مرکزی است بخشی از شمال شهر تهران محسوب میشود.
رستورانهای دربند در بین تهرانیها از شهرت خاصی برخوردار است. بعضیشان لوکس و جدید و برخی دیگر به شکل سنتی اداره میشوند که البته بسیاری از آنها تازه تاسیساند.
مرضیه هر روز مسیر طولانی کوه دربند را برای خرید مایحتاج قهوهخانه میپیماید و به گفته خودش "وضعیت کاسبی در پایان هفتهها خوب است."
مرضیه ورزشکار است و علاوه بر کمربند مشکی تکواندو، جواز مربیگری از فدراسیون کوهنوردی هم دارد. او همچنین در فعالیتهای امدادرسانی هلال احمر سابقه همکاری دارد و اسب سواری را به شکل حرفهای میداند ولی به سبب کار سخت در قهوهخانه نتوانسته هیچیک از این رشتهها را ادامه دهد.
او صبحها زودتر از همه کوهنوردان از خواب برمیخیزد و زودتر از همه آنها کوه را میپیماید تا با آماده سازی قهوه خانه، بتواند با دیزی، کباب و چای از کوهنوردان و گردشگرانی که از آنجا عبور می کنند پذیرایی کند.
مرضیه میگوید برخی مواقع، کاسبیاش کساد است: "مردم دستشان خالی است و غالبا هنگام آمدن به کوه با خود غذا و چای میآورند."
باید کوهنورد بود تا بتوان روزی سه بار و گاهی پنج بار از پایین کوه تا قهوهخانه را با قاطر و نه سوار بر آن برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه ـ نوشابه، تخم مرغ، گوشت، کره، ذغال و کپسول گاز و غیره ـ طی کرد.
در سرمای گزنده زمستانهای دربند، گاهی قهوهخانه مرضیه تا سقف در برف فرومیرود. دوری محل کار از شهر و سختی کار بر طبع زنانه مرضیه آبشاری تاثیری نداشته و خودش میگوید که رسم مقاومت و استواری را از کوهستان آموخته است.
مرضیه برای گذران زندگی گاهی زنانگی خود را پنهان میکند و خیلی اوقات صدایش را مانند یک مرد کلفت میکند تا نگذارد حقش پایمال شود. او میگوید: "من تنها زن قهوهچی دربند هستم. پیش آمده که مرد گردن کلفتی آمده غذا و چای خورده و با قلدری گفته که پول ندارم اما من زیر بار حرف زور نمیروم."
